Kangaroo Cardio provides you with fantastic workouts that leave you feeling great, without the barrier of finding childcare!

Getting back into fitness as a new parent can be tricky. Kangaroo Cardio aims to make your return to fitness safe and stress-free. Classes focus on cardio and strengthening, always offering options for baby-held exercises so you’ll never miss out if baby needs attention!

Since qualifying in 2019, I have enjoyed training men and women from many different backgrounds and with different abilities. In 2021, I qualified in pre & postnatal instructing and have focused on these classes since having my daughter.

Kangaroo Cardio officially launched in January 2024 as a community for parents in South London to connect, have fun and feel good together!
